Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew (S’mores in a Mug)
Take a sip of campfire magic with this creamy cold brew, perfectly paired with our Calupoh Single Origin from Mexico. The toasted marshmallow flavor and cold foam will transport you straight to a fireside gathering.The Calupoh Cold Brew used in this recipe is ready-to-drink and not a concentrate. If using concentrated cold brew, dilute it according to preference before preparing the recipe.
Ingredients (for a 16 oz / 475 ml cup):
- 8 oz (240 ml) Calupoh Cold Brew
- 3 pumps Torani Vanilla Bean Syrup (1.5 oz / 45 ml)
- Optional: Chocolate sauce to drizzle inside the cup
- Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Cold Foam:
- 2 oz (60 ml) heavy cream
- 3 pumps Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup (1.5 oz / 45 ml)
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) 2% milk
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) white chocolate sauce (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Cold Foam:
- In a bowl, combine 2 oz (60 ml) of heavy cream, 3 pumps of toasted marshmallow syrup (1.5 oz / 45 ml), 1/2 oz (15 ml) of 2% milk, and the optional 1/2 oz (15 ml) white chocolate sauce.
- Whisk the mixture using an electric hand whisk or handheld mixer for about 15-20 seconds, or until the foam becomes thick and creamy. If using a regular whisk, it may take a little longer.

Prepare the Cup:
- Optional: Drizzle the inside of your glass with chocolate sauce for an extra layer of sweetness.
- Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice.

Pour the Cold Brew:
- Pour 8 oz (240 ml) of Calupoh Cold Brew over the ice.

Add Vanilla Syrup:
- Stir in 3 pumps (1.5 oz / 45 ml) of Torani Vanilla Bean Syrup, mixing well to combine the flavors.

Top with Cold Foam:
- Gently spoon the toasted marshmallow cold foam on top of the cold brew mixture.

Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs over the foam.
- For an extra indulgent touch, add a toasted marshmallow or drizzle more chocolate sauce on top.
